Post-natal Support &
Lactation Coaching
After birth, every mother enters a unique and deeply personal journey. Each baby is different. Each mother-baby relationship is different. And every stage brings its own challenges and emotional shifts.
That’s why you don’t have to go through it alone.
Motherhood after birth is its own kind of becoming. The version of you that exists now -softer in some ways, stronger in others- is still finding her footing, and that's exactly where this work begins.
Our post-natal sessions support you in discovering who you are in this new chapter: not just "mom," but a woman rediscovering her identity, her rhythm, and her sense of self amid the beautiful chaos of early motherhood.
"Gabriel is 3 and a half years old and is still breastfeeding. He tells me: "Mama, I love your 'nene' (breast). The milk is so good!"

Thank you so much for all your support Iman. Thinking how hard it was in the beginning. The tears I cried on your shoulder thinkingI couldn't do it. You were an Angel in my life and in Gabriel's life.

I will be eternally grateful. O would like to ask all the mamas to stay positive and ask for help. You can do this!"

Transition into Motherhood Support
Together, we focus on building the emotional and practical balance you need to thrive by learning to recognise and manage the wide range of emotions that come with this transition, understanding your own needs (often for the first time in a while), and setting priorities that actually reflect what matters most to you right now. We also work on communication: finding the words to express your needs clearly with your partner, your family, and the people around you, so that support isn't something you hope for, but something you actively build. Because postnatal wellbeing isn't just about coping alone, it's about identifying and leaning on the right support system, and learning how to ask for what you need without guilt.
Lactation & Bonding Support
We also offer dedicated lactation and breastfeeding support - but not in the traditional sense. For us, breastfeeding was never only about nutrition; it's about relationship and bonding, one of the earliest and most intimate ways you connect with your baby. So rather than simply solving a feeding problem, we work through it with you holistically- exploring where a challenge is really coming from, how it fits within your unique needs and family context, and how to manage or even prevent it going forward. It's coaching that happens to include lactation support, not lactation support standing alone.
This isn't about "bouncing back." It's about moving forward, into a version of yourself that feels balanced, connected, and whole — as a woman, and as a leader in her own life and family.
